What We Manufacture
The product programme covers the four families a pipeline buyer needs from a single source:
- Butt weld fittings — elbows, tube bends, tees and crosses, reducers, caps, stub ends, saddles and special fittings;
- Forged flanges — weld neck, slip-on, blind, threaded, socket weld, lap joint, orifice, long weld neck and spectacle blind flanges, plus loose plate and special flanges;
- Forged fittings — the small-bore, high-pressure family named in the ASME B16.11 classification; the catalogue executions referenced on this site are a 3/4 inch Class 3000 socket weld elbow and a 3 inch Class 3000 NPT plug, both in A105 — the forged fittings page names the full classification and the two examples;
- Steel pipes — seamless and ERW pipe in carbon steel grades matched to the fittings above.
Alongside the standard ranges, we produce cast and forged parts to customer drawings and samples, including the machining those parts need.
Inside the Works
Forming is done in-house: pipe forming presses, elbow forming machines and flange forming machines shape the blanks; blanking machines prepare them; pipe beveling machines cut the weld bevels that butt weld fittings are joined by; vertical machines and drilling machines handle flange machining and bolt holes. Testing and Inspection
Testing is done in a dedicated testing room. The room is equipped with an optical spectrum analyzer for material verification, a carbon-sulphur analyzer, impact testing with an impact notch projector, and stretching (tensile) testing — covering chemical composition and mechanical properties. The works also carries out metallographic and non-destructive examination as orders require.
Surface Treatment, Packing and Delivery
The company tour on the official website shows the works' sand blasting, paint spraying, product packaging and film wrapping areas, and the product and flange warehouses. Surface treatment and packing for a specific order are agreed at quotation — state any requirement on the enquiry.

Certificates are available upon request. If your project requires specific documentation, name it in your enquiry so it can be confirmed and prepared with your order.
